The Brief
Me, Myself & I is a beauty salon based on the outskirts of Sheffield. As the salon prepared to move to a new premises in a different area, the owner wanted a refreshed brand identity that reflected the salon’s evolution while also appealing to the new local demographic.





The Approach
To create a calm yet modern brand identity, I developed a design concept centred around watercolour textures and soft gradients, with elements drawn directly from the primary logo.

Symbolism: Water was used as a visual motif to represent serenity, while the circle reflects the “self,” connecting back to the salon’s name.

Colour palette: A soothing blue formed the foundation of the brand, evoking spa-like calm and relaxation.

Typography: I paired the visuals with a soft, clean sans-serif typeface that feels modern, minimal, and almost weightless.
This cohesive style was carried across every touchpoint from the website to printed materials and salon signage ensuring consistency and recognisability.






The Outcome
The final result is a brand that feels aligned with the salon’s new location and clientele. The identity conveys a sense of serenity and professionalism, while the marketing materials and signage present a cohesive, polished image.
Me, Myself & I now has a refreshed brand presence that reflects its growth, strengthens its connection with its new demographic, and provides a strong visual foundation for future marketing.
